The copper sleeve needs oil to smooth the bearing. Copper sleeve is also made of various copper alloys to make the mechanical parts smooth. Self smooth copper sleeve, need to oil smooth. Graphite copper sleeve, no need to oil smooth. Copper sleeve can be used on all kinds of large and heavy machinery, and is an important component of machinery. Copper sleeve raw materials are as follows:
Zcusn10pb1: corrosion resistant, especially for dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and fatty acid. Structural data, corrosion and acid resistant accessories, crusher bushing and bearing bush.
Zcusn10pb5: smooth function, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for bimetal forging data. Bearing for vehicles, bimetallic bearing bush of internal combustion engine with peak load of 100MPa, piston pin sleeve, friction plate, etc.
ZCuPb10Sn10: high hardness, excellent wear resistance, not easy to bite, good forging and cutting function, good corrosion resistance in atmosphere and fresh water. It can be used for wear-resistant parts such as connecting rod, bushing, bearing bush, gear, worm gear, etc. under high load (20MPa) and high sliding speed (8m / s).
Zcupb15sn8: under the condition of lacking of smooth agent and water quality smoothing agent, it has good sliding and self smoothing function, easy cutting, poor forging function and good corrosion resistance to dilute sulfuric acid. Bearing with high external pressure and side pressure can be used to make copper cooling pipe of cold rolling mill, parts with impact load up to 50MPa, bimetallic bearing bush of internal combustion engine. It is mainly used for piston pin sleeve with maximum load of 70MPa and acid resistant accessories.
